Principal

William Caulder

Prior to founding 6M Development in 2014, William accrued his extensive experience at top development companies on projects building value and enhancing communities through responsible development from Boston to NY to DC.

​

Responsible for taking projects from concept to keys, William has led teams of consultants through originations, acquisitions, local, state, and federal entitlements, design team and consultant selection and oversight, debt and equity placement, general contractor procurement, construction oversight, and leasing and sales transactions.

​

His experience includes work with leading residential and commercial development companies including The Gutierrez Company, Simpson Housing LLLP, and Modern Continental, one of the largest heavy civil contractors for Boston’s Central Artery Tunnel Project (The largest public works project in US history).

​

William attended Boston University’s Real Estate Finance and Investment program and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Labor Relations from The State University of New York - Potsdam.

​

He resides in Boston’s historic North End Waterfront with his wife and two children.

Mark Zavrl

Prior to joining the 6M team, Mark worked in the mortgage industry at Northpointe Bank, in Parsippany, New Jersey where he, through working with investors, amassed in-depth experience finding, analyzing, and financing real estate deals throughout the east coast.

Mark is a graduate of Phillips Exeter, where he then went on to attend Cornell University focused in Information Technology. He subsequently transferred to Boston College where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

​

Mark brings fluidity to modeling, underwriting, and analysis of current and future deals, as well as a network of investors and real estate professionals regionally and nationally.

He currently lives with his wife and son in Beverly MA.
