The Watson
The Watson is a state-of-the-art 140-unit workforce housing community that was designed by Cube 3 Architects for 6M and its partner for navigating through the entitlement process. Once entitled, the project was conveyed to a local affordable housing partnership, Neighborworks and Winn Residential, who ultimately constructed the complex. This project was an infill development in one of Quincy, Massachusetts neighborhoods that was in dire need of new development.
The Seville East Boston
The Seville on Boston Harbor was the first large scale luxury condominium buildings built in decades in East Boston with views of the waterfront. The project includes 66 condominium residences thoughtfully designed to capture the essence of harbor living with modern conveniences and stylish finishes. Just minutes to downtown Boston and Logan Airport via car, T, or water taxi, Seville Boston Harbor is ideally located as evidence of the incredibly successful sell out of the units.
Paddock Estates
Paddock Estates is a first-class 244 unit rental community that was purchased from the Gutierrez Company and co-developed with JPI. The project was approved as a friendly 40B and the project entitlements also entailed obtaining permits for a wastewater treatment facility as well as a public community water supply through MassDEP. The site is sprawling with vistas of horse pastures and corrals around the property which made for ideal outdoor placemaking.
Adams St. Lower Mills Dorchester
Adams Street in Lower Mills district of Dorchester, MA is an ideally located site that is approved for 29 units. The project will also house 29 spaces of underground parking, taking advantage of the already excavated site footprint. The Lower Mills Section of Dorchester has seen amazing demand for new living conditions and development is taking place to accommodate for this demand. Construction is to begin in the fall of 2023.
PIER 5 Floating Housing Concept
In collaboration with WaterStudio Blue, 6M Development competed on an RFP for floating housing in Boston's Inner Harbor, which ultimately did not get awarded. The concept is proven in other parts of the world and 6M is continuing to look for ideal locations where the concept can be implemented.
